Once you fill out and submit this form, we will reply with date availability and a price quote. We will work with you to adhere to any COVID-19 protocols that apply to your event. For conference room rentals, we only require a confirmation to hold the reservation. For event space and classroom rentals, we will place a temporary hold on the requested dates. Once we have received a signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit, we will put a permanent hold on your dates. The deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks before your event.
