Every Friday 11 am to noon
**This practice is now meeting either outdoors at Holladay Park or inside Lloyd Center, depending on the weather:
If the temperature is in the mid-60s and not raining, look for us outdoors in Holladay Park, behind Lloyd Center Mall
If the weather is cooler or rainy, we will meet on the 3rd floor inside Lloyd Center Mall, at the far east end of the mall above where the Sears and Marshalls used to be. There is an elevator near this end of the mall that you can use to get to the 3rd floor.
We will of course have to keep following updates from Lloyd Center to see if the mall remains open, and will put any updates here.**
Sessions with new and returning students led by long-time practitioners of the Wild Goose Qigong tradition. Newcomers are welcome to watch or participate in Tai Chi warm-ups, acupressure self-massage, and the first set of Wild Goose Qigong – – to increase the flow of qi (life energy) in the body. All ages and physical abilities can benefit from this gentle, graceful movement practice.
