Come on by for our Mah Jong meetup! Beginners are welcome. Masaki and Erin can teach simplified Chinese rule including scoring.
*Susan, our great Mahjong teacher, will not come this month. She will return in May.
If you have your own Mahjong set, PLEASE bring yours because organizers have only one set.
If you can play with American Mahjong rule and would like to play with it, please bring your set and share your knowledge! Any rules, both experts and beginners are welcome. Let’s enjoy Mah Jong together!
We do evening Mah Jong on the third Tuesday of every month from 5-8pm.
PAYMENT NOTE: The fee is sliding scale ($5 – $10), and you may pay using Paypal at: https://www.paypal.me/encorepreneurcafe in advance or pay in cash or card at the door. It will be used to rent the space and help to keep this meetup group going. We will provide coffee, tea, water, and snacks. Thank you!
About this club
The Encorepreneur Cafe is a co-working space that is owned by a Japanese company. We are currently working on some new programs to share our Japanese culture with the public, so we started this Mah Jong club as one way to do that.
